🌟 Relaxation Classes to Recommence in September 🌟

After the success of the relaxation classes in the first half of the year, they will recommence in September at 7.30pm on Mondays at Bents Green Church, Sheffield.

Each session will last around an hour and includes a wonderful deep relaxation exercise followed by guided visualisation. Each week, we’ll explore a different theme, such as healing, finding happiness and contentment, or achieving goals. You’ll also learn practical tools and techniques to help you relax and handle everyday stresses more effectively.
