🌟 Relaxation Classes Starting in Sheffield 🌟
Starting in the New Year, I’ll be running relaxation classes at 7pm and 8pm on Mondays at Bents Green Church. The first class is on 6th Jan.
Each session will last around an hour and includes a wonderful deep relaxation exercise followed by guided visualisation. Each week, we’ll explore a different theme, such as healing, finding happiness and contentment, or achieving goals. You’ll also learn practical tools and techniques to help you relax and handle everyday stresses more effectively.
