My Sleep Journey

My own journey with insomnia began after contracting Covid at the 2020 Cheltenham Festival. Struggling with chronic tiredness during the day and restless nights, I found myself awake at 3 am and struggling to get back to sleep. Determined to break this cycle, I delved into books on sleep and experimented with various techniques, blending them with hypnotherapy and NLP until discovering what worked for me. Recognising the importance of sleep in life and the widespread struggles with it, I developed a course in the hopes of aiding others.

Whether through life coaching, sleep courses, or relaxation and creative visualisation sessions, I'm driven by a passion to help individuals achieve their goals. Drawing on my mathematical and corporate background, I've formulated 'The Brook Formula For Success™', applicable to personal development, life direction, and successful recruitment.
