Join us for our next holistic wellbeing day – ReNuU. Indulge in an energising journey of self-care as we explore various avenues to nourish and rejuvenate your mind and body. This transformational day will guide you towards embracing new physical and mental approaches to kickstart the new you.

The day includes sessions on:

  • Pilates Energy Boost

  • Goals for Health, Wellbeing and Happiness

  • Mindfulness Techniques for a Good Night’s Sleep

  • Somatic Movement

  • Relax and Recover

The day is run in partnership with Zoe Rebecca Pilates. Zoe is an experienced Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer focusing on techniques of strengthening and mobility with the flexibility and mindfulness aspects of Yoga. Both concentrate on breathwork to connect mind and spirit to the body.
